Core Energetics Bodywork Class

An invitation for a live-in-person Core Energetic Bodywork Class for students and graduates of the Core Energetics Training Program. 

This new Bodywork Class is an opportunity to connect with the community, connect with your body, move and express your emotions & feelings through body movement, and share your experience with your brothers and sisters.

WHY BODY WORK?

Awareness is not enough to bring about change; mobilizing our physical energy (life-force) brings lasting changes in both our inner world and our outer experience of life. Working with the body is critical in changing our experience of embodiment, because our defenses, belief systems, coping mechanisms, and typical emotional responses are not just psychological, they are also somatic and powerfully anchored in the physical body. Especially in the current challenging times we are in, where most of us spend more and more time in front of our computers, we see this class as necessary, hoping it will help us all feel  more grounded and connected.

When: 2 times a month starting October 1st

Schedule (for next 2 months):

December 10th, 31st

Time: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Place: Plateia Karytsi 5, 10561 Athens

Cost: €10.00 for current students & graduates

PLEASE NOTE:

A safe space is important for us to hold our class live. 

Thus, the following considerations will be met:

· Space will be limited to 7 people.

· Please RSVP to Marilena Cavazi (marilena0cavazi@gmail.com) early to ensure your space.

· Within our space, we will be observing social distancing rules.

· Equipment is disinfected prior to classes.

· Hand sanitizer will be available.

· Windows will be open.
