Core Energetics Workshop: Living Life Fully

This special weekend intensive includes classes, process group and community events with Institute Senior faculty members and promises to be personally challenging, enriching and exciting.

Life-changing work which invites the fullness of our life-force, opens our heart, grounds us in the integrity of who we really are, and supports us in bringing forth our unique gifts. Energy and consciousness are accessed through targeted body techniques that open awareness of suppressed feelings and engages the energy system in ways that allow us to go beyond our “comfort” zone. The Core work taps into blocked sources of energy that can then be integrated and grounded. This creates an expanded sense of who we are as we access more aliveness, discover new inner resources, express our creativity, embrace our sexuality, and open our hearts to deepen our connection to self and others.
