COVID-19 Free Support
FREE ONLINE SUPPORT AND CONSULTATION MEETINGS
Wanting to actively show our support in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis we are going through, we are happy to offer free online supportive consultations of body psychotherapy given by graduates of the Institute of Core Energetics Greece to whoever might need them. Today we are collectively going through this new experience that calls us to take care of our physical and emotional health as our "normal", everyday schedules are falling apart and as we inevitably worry for ourselves and our loved ones.
Now, more than ever it is important to find ways to release emotions of anxiety, fear, loss, and anger.
We invite you, if you need support, to contact us and we will schedule an appointment for you. The supportive consultations
will be held through Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp or Viber so we can have visual contact. We offer these meetings to Greek, English,
and German speakers.
AIM OF THESE SUPPORTIVE CONSULTATIONS
The duration of these online consultations is 30-45 minutes and their aim is to offer support to whoever might need it.
Recognizing that this reaching out in itself is a big step and the vulnerability this action brings up we want to totally respect
the place where each person is and with great sensitivity give space to the different needs and emotions. As the consultations
offer visual contact as well, the person has the chance not only to talk to a Practitioner but also to release stress and tension
from his or her body.
The participation of the body is very important as we tend to hold back inside our bodies all the difficult emotions we are having
a difficulty to deal with. Based on our experience we would like to offer you whatever might be helpful for you as you are going through this crisis and help you take better care of yourself, to feel relief and safety. The nature of the free consultations is rather supportive instead of deeply analytical due to their short duration.
Note: The online consultations are subject to the same Ethical Code of Practice like the ones conducted in person and abide
by the same confidentiality rules.
