Effie Korpou

Effie Korpou is a Core Energetics practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher, and wellness coach based in Rafina, Greece. She is a graduate of the four-year Core Energetics Body Psychotherapy Training and currently assists the Core Energetics Institute of Greece, contributing to its educational programs.

Her work focuses on the connection between body, emotions, mind, and vital energy, supporting individuals in cultivating self-awareness and a deeper connection with their embodied experience. Her approach is enriched by ongoing training in psychotherapy, psychology, mindfulness, somatics, yoga, Ayurveda, and sound.

Effie is also the founder of Healing Nadis Yoga & Therapies, a space dedicated to well-being through yoga, meditation, embodied practices, and holistic approaches. She works with individuals and groups, integrating these practices to support presence, balance, self-exploration, and connection.

A mother of three, Effie draws inspiration from nature, music, and dance, and believes in living life with presence, curiosity, and authenticity.
