Marilena Cavazi

Marilena Cavazi is a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner and Embodiment Facilitator based in Athens, Greece. She works with individuals who wish to deepen their connection with themselves, their bodies and their emotional life, supporting them in exploring the patterns and defenses that may limit their freedom, vitality and capacity for connection.
Her background as an actress and acting teacher deeply informs her approach. She has a particular interest in the relationship between embodiment, emotional expression, creativity and visibility — in what happens when we allow ourselves to be seen, heard and experienced more fully.
Her work combines body awareness, movement, emotional exploration and creative expression, with an emphasis on curiosity, authenticity and aliveness. She offers individual sessions as well as groups and workshops, and works in Greek, German and English, both in person in Athens and online.
